ABOUT / APPROACH
Designing systems with purpose.
About Me
I create thoughtful digital systems and visual identities that turn complex ideas into clear, useful, and cohesive experiences.
01
The Designer Behind the Work
I’m Lina, the creator behind Templates by Lina. I design digital systems and visual solutions with a focus on clarity, structure, and thoughtful details.
My work sits at the intersection of organization and design – from connected Notion workspaces that simplify complex workflows to visual identities that give ideas a distinctive presence.
I’m interested in creating things that are not only visually refined, but genuinely useful in everyday work.
02
My Approach
Good design starts with understanding the problem before designing the solution.
01
Understand
Build and review vocabulary in one organized space.
02
Structure
I turn ideas and information into a clear structure where every part has a purpose and works together.
03
Refine
I refine the experience through visual hierarchy, simplicity, consistency, and attention to the details that make a system feel effortless.
03
What I Create
My work combines functional digital systems with visual design – always with the goal of making ideas clearer and easier to use.
Digital Systems
Notion workspaces, dashboards, CRMs, planners, and business systems designed around real workflows.
Brand & Visual Identity
Logos, visual systems, typography, and brand assets designed to create a consistent and recognizable presence.
Digital Products
Practical templates and resources designed to help individuals and businesses organize, create, and work more efficiently.
04
How I Work
01
Discover
Understand the idea, audience, and goals.
02
Define
Create the structure and direction.
03
Design
Build the system or visual identity.
04
Refine
Review, simplify, and polish the final experience.
05
What Matters to Me
Clarity over complexity. Purpose over decoration. Systems that work, not just look good.
