What is Notion?
Notion is an all-in-one productivity tool that helps you manage projects, tasks, notes, and databases in one place.
It works on desktop and mobile and is perfect for both personal and business use.
How do I use a Notion template?
Once you open the link, click the “Duplicate” button in the top-right corner of the screen.
This will copy the template to your own Notion account, where you can start editing it right away.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes, all templates are fully editable.
You can change text, colors, layout, and branding to fit your personal or business style.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
No, all Canva templates are made to work with a free Canva account.
You can customize everything – colors, fonts, text, and images – without needing a paid plan.
Are these templates compatible with the Notion and Canva mobile apps?
Yes, all templates are fully responsive and work in the Notion and Canva mobile apps.
You can access and edit them on your phone or tablet at any time.
Are these resources free or paid?
There are both free and premium templates available on the site.

What format are the downloadable documents?
Most business documents come in PDF and/or Google Docs format.
You’ll be able to download and edit them, or print them for offline use.
Can I use the templates for client work?
Yes! You can use the templates for personal or client projects, but reselling or redistributing the original files is not allowed.
I didn’t receive the file. What should I do?
Please check your email spam/junk folder first.

How does the payment work?
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, G Pay, Apple Pay, debit or credit card. Once your payment is complete, you will receive immediate access to your digital template download via email and on the order confirmation page.
(No physical items are shipped — everything is digital and ready to use right away.)
What happens if the template doesn’t work or won’t open?
If you have any problems opening or using your template, please contact us immediately at templatesbylina@gmail.com
We will help you resolve the issue – whether it is a technical issue, file compatibility error, or a missing link. You will always receive a working version of your purchase.
Can I request a refund or correction after purchase?
Since all templates are digital files and are shipped immediately, refunds are generally not possible once the file has been downloaded.
However, if you encounter a problem with your order (broken link, wrong file, or other issues), we will be happy to fix it or resend you the correct version at no additional charge.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us – if something is wrong, just contact us and we will fix it.
Can I resell or redistribute the templates?
No — all templates are for personal or business use only.
You are not allowed to resell, share, give away, or redistribute the files (even if you’ve made changes to them). Each purchase is valid for one user or one business.
Can I modify or customize the templates?
Absolutely! You can edit, personalize, and brand the templates to fit your own style or your client’s needs.
That’s exactly what they’re made for — creative freedom within fair use.
Can I use the templates for commercial projects or social media content?
Yes — you can use the templates to create commercial materials such as posts, ads, PDFs, and presentations for your brand or clients.
You just can’t resell or distribute the editable template itself — only the final, customized results you’ve created with it.
