Digital Product License Policy

This License Policy explains how you may use products purchased from Templates by Lina.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a:

  • Non – exclusive

  • Non – transferable

  • Non – sublicensable

  • Revocable

license to use the purchased template.

You do not acquire ownership of the product.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Use templates for personal projects

  • Use templates for your own business

  • Customize designs for your own brand

  • Use them in client projects (if not resold as templates)

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Resell templates in original or modified form

  • Share, distribute, gift, or transfer files

  • Upload to template marketplaces

  • Offer as part of a competing product

  • Use in “template resale” businesses

  • Claim authorship

4. Commercial Use

Commercial use is permitted only for end-products (e.g., websites, branding, client work), not for redistribution.

If you require extended or enterprise licensing, contact us.

5. License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the product.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

Unauthorized use may result in:

  • DMCA takedown notices

  • Account suspension

  • Legal action
